Adapting to our Environment

The Gana-A’Yoo, Limited Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held at 11 a.m. AKDT on Friday, May 21, 2021, at the Westmark Fairbanks Hotel, 813 Noble Street, Fairbanks, Alaska. Whether the shareholder meeting will be open to in-person participation will depend on the recommendations of public health officials closer to the date of the meeting. If an in-person meeting is allowed under public health recommendations, doors will open at 10:00 a.m. and the meeting will be called to order at 11 a.m. Information on how shareholders may attend virtually will be distributed prior to the meeting. Voting shareholders were mailed a proxy and you have the option to vote online here.

Come in and VOTE! In-person, early bird voting for the Gana-A’Yoo, Limited’s 43rd Annual Meeting of Shareholders is available to voting shareholders in the Anchorage area on Monday, May 17. Shareholders may vote in person from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. at the Gana-A’Yoo, Limited office located at 1001 East Benson Blvd. Suite 201. If you have already voted you do not need to come in and vote. Call (907) 677-3320 to find out if your proxy was received.

We will be taking all appropriate precautions to protect the health of shareholders and employees during in-person voting:

• Shareholders will need to follow social distancing
• Masks are required while in the building.
• If you are exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 or have recently been exposed, please stay home and follow CDC guidelines.

2021 Dividend

The Gana-A'Yoo Settlement Trust Board of Trustees approved the Gana-A'Yoo Settlement Trust (GST) distribution amount of  $7.47 per unit (share), or $747.00 per 100 shares. This non-taxable distribution will be issued on Thursday, April 29, 2021 by direct deposit or mail.

In order to receive a direct deposit, a completed direct deposit form must be received by April 1, 2021, at 5:00 p.m. This is also the deadline for address updates. Shareholders are encouraged to update your stock wills if you have not done so recently. Forms are available here.
