Please join us for Gana-A'Yoo's 44th Annual Shareholder Meeting!
The meeting is scheduled to be held on Friday June 3, 2022, beginning at 5 PM AKDT at the Andrew K. Demoski School in Nulato, AK or such other location as determined by the Board. Gana-A’Yoo, Limited is planning to have a hybrid virtual meeting with limited in-person attendance due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Shareholders will be provided information on how to attend the meeting prior to the meeting. The purpose of the meeting is to vote on descendant enrollment, elect three (3) directors, and hear reports on the corporation's operations. Valid proxies need to be received by Wednesday, June 1st at 5 pm.
Voting shareholders will receive a mailed proxy statement and form the second week of April, you can also view by visiting www.ganaayoovote.com, login with (1) date of birth and (2) the last four digits of your social security number.
Election of Directors
There are three (3) directors to be elected, two (2) must be rural candidates. Rural as defined by the Board of Directors; a population of 5,000 or less, and not connected by road or rail to Anchorage or Fairbanks, or with a population of 1,500 or less and still connected by road or rail. The directors will be elected for three-year terms ending 2025

The Gana-A'Yoo Settlement Trust Board of Trustees approved the Gana-A'Yoo Settlement Trust (GST) distribution amount of $6.89 per unit (share), or $689.00 per 100 shares. This non-taxable distribution will be issued on Thursday, April 28, 2022, by direct deposit or mail.
